Terms of service

These terms apply to every agreement between Flow+ and its customers regarding the Wassalon-kassa system.

1. Definitions

  • Flow+ — the supplier of the Wassalon-kassa, registered with the Belgian CBE under the number stated in the legal notices.
  • Customer — the business (legal entity or self-employed in main occupation) that enters into an agreement with Flow+.
  • System — the Wassalon-kassa hardware and software package, including the owner PWA at my.wassalonkassa.be.
  • Agreement — the written or digital order in which Flow+ and the Customer set the tier (Starter, Standard or Pro) and the term.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all offers, quotes and agreements. Any general terms of the Customer are expressly excluded, unless Flow+ accepts them in writing.

3. The service

Flow+ delivers the System in one of three tiers, with the prices and features described on the pricing page:

  • Starter — €99/month, card payment and QR via SumUp Solo, basic reporting.
  • Standard — €149/month, plus full analytics and accounting export, phone support.
  • Pro — €299/month, plus coin acceptor and change hoppers, 7-day support (10-20h).

One-time installation €499 (self-install or by installer). Change-fund seed for Pro (~€300) provided by the Customer. The Customer opens their own SumUp account.

4. Duration

The agreement is entered into for the duration set in the order (draft: minimum 24 months, tacitly renewed annually, terminable with 3 months notice before the end date). These terms will be confirmed in the final conditions after attorney review.

5. Delivery and installation

Flow+ delivers the hardware within 4-6 weeks of ordering. The Customer ensures a qualified electrical connection and a stable internet connection. An installation manual and remote support during initial startup are included.

6. Payment

  • The monthly fee is invoiced in advance, payment term 15 days.
  • In case of non-payment, after 30 days of reminders the right to support lapses and Flow+ may suspend remote access to the System.
  • All prices exclude VAT, annually indexable based on the Belgian health index.

7. Availability and SLA

  • Flow+ targets 99.5% monthly availability of cloud components (owner PWA, sync layer).
  • The local POS functionality keeps working without internet — only cloud sync pauses.
  • For a Pro-tier hardware incident, Flow+ responds within 24 hours on working days.
  • Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 7 days in advance.

8. Support

Support is provided in NL, EN or FR. Email (all tiers), phone (Standard and Pro), 7-day phone from 10:00 to 20:00 (Pro). Working days 9-18h unless otherwise indicated.

9. Liability

  • Flow+ is liable for damages directly resulting from an attributable breach, limited to the amount of 12 months of fees for the relevant contract.
  • Indirect damages, lost profits, lost revenue or reputational damage are excluded.
  • Flow+ is not liable for damages caused by force majeure (such as power outages, internet outages, supplier failures of Cloudflare/Supabase/SumUp).

10. Personal data

Flow+ processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy Policy. For customer data, Flow+ acts as processor; a data processing agreement forms an integral part of these terms.

11. Intellectual property

All intellectual rights to the System (software, documentation, trademarks) remain with Flow+. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable usage license for the duration of the agreement.

12. Termination

  • Early termination is possible subject to payment of a buyout equal to 50% of the remaining contract value.
  • In case of breach by either party, the other party may terminate the agreement without compensation after 30 days of formal notice.
  • After termination, the Customer retains access to a data export for 90 days.

13. Changes to these terms

Flow+ may amend these terms with prior notice of at least 60 days to the Customer. The Customer may, within that period, terminate the agreement free of charge if they do not agree with the change.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This agreement is exclusively governed by Belgian law. Any disputes are submitted to the competent court of the district where Flow+ has its registered office.
